Cross-platform art event aggregator

While I have a mind for technology, my heart is in the arts. Inspired by my love for exploring art galleries, I’ve developed a tool for gallerists and art lovers to better connect with each other. The app is built using Flutter, Google Cloud, and Firebase Suite. This was my first exposure to any of these tools, including the programming language Dart.

Growing Roundabout from “Hello World” to a fully-fledged, cross-platform mobile and web application has been an amazing journey. I’ve gone down an infinite number of rabbit holes and gained exposure to GCP products, Firebase, Docker, Node.js, BLoC, and so many other technologies. I’ve had to study best coding and security practices, solve complex business problems and gap areas for businesses in the arts, develop my own strategy as a business owner, and learn to think like a programmer. My biggest lesson throughout development is learning to solve whatever problem is at hand and committing to my decision.
